Michael Payne
CEO and Cofounder
Michael Payne founded Private Flight Advisors after nearly two decades of exemplary achievement with some of the most respected companies in the world. His record of success includes accomplishments in the areas of management, major sales, marketing, and business development with corporations such as Genentech, Merck, EMC, and most recently, Sentient Jet Membership.
While at Sentient, Michael demonstrated the leadership and analytical skills that have led to his being recognized as one of the most promising young executives in the private jet industry. He was integral to the tremendous growth of Sentient, developing innovative strategies to sell into a number of high-worth financial markets, specifically private equity, asset management, investment banking and hedge funds. In addition, he served as a key member of Sentient's partnerships with American Express,The Trump Organization, and the Breeder's Cup. His customer-centric approach became a major driver in both domestic and international sales for Sentient.
With Private Flight Advisors, Michael intends to leverage his extensive knowledge of the industry to the further benefit of private jet travelers. Having developed a unique portfolio approach to managing the private jet needs of clients, Michael has positioned Private Flight Advisors as the next evolution in private travel. With his blend of leadership, knowledge and analysis, Michael is prepared to establish Private Flight Advisors as the premier offering in the charter private jet industry.

Brian Higgins
President
As President of Private Flight Advisors Brian Higgins continues a record of nearly two decades of business development and operational excellence with world class organizations.
Brian began his career with global technology leaders Accenture and EMC where he earned recognition for his ability to leverage technology and business process enhancements to decrease costs and increase profits of Fortune 100 financial services clients. Immediately prior to co-founding Private Flight Advisors, Brian served as Director of Sales at Sentient Jet Membership where he built a nationwide portfolio of clients and was a key element in Sentient's explosive growth.
Brian's expertise at materializing vision into function identifies him as one of the most capable innovators in the private jet industry. With his combination of industry knowledge and business acumen, he is positioned to develop and oversee the structure necessary to establish Private Flight Advisors as the premium, quality provider in the private jet charter services market.
Brian is also very involved in the local community through the Dana Farber Leadership Council, the Irish Cultural Centre of Boston, & the American Ireland Fund Boston Young Leaders.
Brian earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance from Bentley University where he was president of his class and played varsity football and lacrosse.

Bryan Elllis
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer of Private Flight Advisors Bryan Ellis is responsible for overseeing PFA's Flight Planning and Flight Management departments.
Prior to Private Flight Advisors Bryan was President of Arise Air. The boutique private jet charter and membership firm that he founded and lead for over eight years.
Prior to Arise Air Bryan was Vice President of Operations at Blue Star Jets where he opened and managed the day to day operations of the Boston office.
Bryan began his private aviation career at Sentient Jet where he was Vice President of Operations. At Sentient Bryan was instrumental in creating and executing the industry's first private jet card.

Damon O'Reilly
Senior Advisor
Damon comes to Private Flight Advisors with a wealth of experience in the Hospitality and Customer Relations Industry spanning over twenty years.
His career began at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel, Boston where he spent twelve years in many different roles, lastly in the Sales and Marketing Department, responsible for all IPO road shows and key financial services accounts such as Credit Suisse First Boston, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney and many more.
His expertise in dealing with high net worth clients led him to a position at Sentient Jet where he spent eight years as an Account Director, incorporating a white glove experience for clients comprised of wealthy individuals, professional athletes, entertainers, small businesses and Fortune 1000 companies resulting in over $24 million in reoccurring annual revenue.
Damon is excited to continue his Private Aviation career as a Senior Advisor at PFA where he will continue to grow his impressive portfolio of highly successful clientele, counseling them in all aspects of the Private Jet industry.
