Donald Flanagan Chief Security Advisor

Donald Flanagan is the founder of Beacon Operations Security Services, LLC (BOSS), the leader in executive protection and full service security, and the founder and President of Brandon Associates, LLC, the largest independent public affairs and issues management firm in the Northeast.

Mr. Flanagan served as legislative counsel to some of the largest interests in corporate America, and provided clients with comprehensive, hands-on representation at the federal, state and local levels. A former Advisor and Chief Aide to Massachusetts Governor Edward J. King, Mr. Flanagan served for seven years as the Executive Vice President and Chief Lobbyist of the largest life and health insurance trade association in the northeast. Mr. Flanagan served on Senator Scott Brown's (R- Mass) Finance Committee during his 2010 campaign and now serves as Finance Co-Chair for the Scott Brown for US Senate Committee in 2012 and is Senator Brown's National Treasurer for the Scott PAC.

Mr. Flanagan currently serves on former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney's 2012 US Presidential Finance Committee. In July of 2012, Mr. Flanagan was an "Event Host" raising more than 6 million dollars for the Romney Presidential Campaign.

July 2012 Mr. Flanagan was awarded the coveted US Navy Seal Paddle for his enduring support of US Navy Seals, Special Operations Forces.

Additionally, Mr. Flanagan served as a member of the New England Warrior Benefit Committee for US Special Operations Forces.

Over the years Mr. Flanagan was associated with the Republican Governors Association (RGA), the National Governors Association (NGA), the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG), and the Democratic Leadership Council (DLC). Mr. Flanagan was also elected as Democratic nominee for the Massachusetts House of Representatives from the 22nd Middlesex District.
